Description: This is the scarce large .45 teatfire cartridge produced under David Williamson's patent No. 41,183 of January 5, 1864. This example has four production tick marks on the shoulder near the teat. These were produced for the .45 National Revolver produced by Moore's Patent Fire Arms Company of Brooklyn, New York.
